“Golden Key Properties, a Rotonda West company managed by Andreas Kirchbeger, bought a 44,317-square-foot office condo complex at 942 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte out of foreclosure for $3 million.
The property previously belonged to CDR of Southwest Florida LLC, a Port Charlotte company managed by Dean R. DeGross and Carol J. Dunn, that bought the land for $770,000 in December 2003 and erected the office condo complex in 2007.
A subsidiary of BB&T hit CDR of Southwest Florida with a $9.75 million foreclosure judgment in November 2011 and seized the property three months later.”
