Licensed to practice in the state courts of Florida since 2007, Klarika is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, which allows her to represent her clients at the state and federal level.
Klarika began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida where she gained valuable courtroom experience, to include handling many jury trials. After transitioning to civil practice, she spent nearly a decade focusing solely on real estate and contract litigation. During that time, Klarika managed the litigation departments of two separate firms. In the last five years, Klarika has gained significant experience in construction law, business law, family law, estate planning, and probate. Utilizing her skills in these various practice areas has allowed Klarika to be a well-rounded, unique asset to her clients.
Born here in Pinellas County, Klarika is a second-generation native Floridian who was raised down south in Loxahatchee, Florida. Upon graduating high school, she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she earned her B.A. in Political Science with a certificate in International Relations and minored in Italian Studies. After completing her undergraduate degree, Klarika attended Stetson University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. Klarika maintains her ties with Stetson by volunteering her time to act as a judge for students who are preparing for national trial competitions, with the goal being that Stetson maintain their #1 ranking in Trial Advocacy in the nation.
Klarika is very active in her local and her legal community. She is a member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg where she previously served on the Board of Directors and the Management Team. Klarika is a member of the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court where she has been a member of the Executive Board for the last eight years and previously served as Co-President with the Honorable William H. Burgess for the 2020-2021 Inn year. She is a tutor with Lawyers for Literacy through which she has worked with students at Lakewood Elementary and Maximo Elementary. She is an active member of the Florida Hungarian Liberty Club in Plant City, Florida. In addition to this, Klarika creates and presents Continuing Legal Education courses that cover topics from real estate law to professionalism to comparing and contrasting domestic and foreign legal systems. Most recently, Klarika co-wrote an article that was published in ActionLine, a publication of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
